This page explains how to delete your Cab account and what happens to your data. It also serves as the public data-deletion URL required by Google Play.

Delete your account from within the app

Open Cab and sign in.
Go to the Me tab.
Tap Delete account (under Account / Legal).
Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out.

Delete your account without the app

If you cannot access the app, email admin@amgsol.com from your registered email or with your registered phone number and employee number, asking us to delete your Cab account. We will verify your identity and process the request within 15 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove your Cab sign-in and the app records linked to your profile, including:

Deleted	Detail
Sign-in account	Your authentication record and session access are removed.
Profile	Name and phone stored in the Cab app.
Bookings & assignments	Your rider bookings and cab assignments (removed automatically with your profile).
Push token	Your device notification registration.
Lost-item reports you filed	Removed with your profile.
Password-reset codes	Any short-lived reset codes.

What may be retained, and why

Retained	Reason & period
Your HR record (name, contact, home address, employment details)	This lives in your employer's separate workforce/HR system, not the Cab app. The Cab app only reads it. To remove or change it, contact your employer's HR department.
Safety/incident (SOS) and security/audit logs	Retained where required for safety, legal, or audit reasons, then deleted or de-identified. Period: 12 months.
Records the operator needs for billing/tax	Aggregate or de-identified trip/distance records may be retained as required by applicable law.
Uploaded compliance documents (drivers/vendors)	Retained for the verification/audit period: for the duration of the driver's/vendor's engagement.

Note for employee riders: deleting your Cab account removes your access to the Cab app. Because your core HR profile is owned by your employer's workforce system, your employer may re-provision a Cab account for you while you remain employed and enrolled in the transport benefit. To stop being enrolled entirely, contact your employer's HR/transport team.

Timeline

In-app deletion is immediate for your sign-in and profile-linked records. Any retained items listed above are deleted or de-identified within 15 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
